Ingredients
2 cups Cold, Cooked White Rice
1/2 cup diced, Cooked Pork
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
2 Scallions, chopped (including tops)
2 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
Preparation:
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet and fry egg. Remove from pan and cut into thin strips. Add remaining oil and saute pork, bean sprouts, and green onion for 5 minutes. Stir in soy sauce; add rice and egg; mix well.
